This hackathon includes:
- A short presentation of the MIP federation architecture
- Packaging a R script (or Python or whatever tool you prefer) in Docker
- Publish the new functionality to the MIP- Perform analytics using your new function against ADNI dataset
This requires the participants to have a Linux environment with at least Docker and git installed. Vagrant will be used to run the whole platform on a laptop. For those interested, you will get a chance to play with Docker.
