Get 'Error loading the Notebook from the storage.' for jupyter notebooks often

Hello,

I would say that more than 50% of of the time, I get that error when trying to open a notebook.

The flow is like this:

  1. I’m already logged into the collab
  2. I’m sent a link to a notebook, which I open
  3. I have to give my username and password
  4. I get the above error: ‘Error loading the Notebook from the storage.’
  5. I reload multiple times, and keep getting the same errors
  6. At some point in the future, it works, but not before showing errors like ‘TypeError: Cannot read property ‘metadata’ of undefined’

I observe this problem too. There are others, which I will try to describe in separate posts.

I had the same issue several time ( one time during the SP6, SP5 and SP8 demo) and
Daniel Keller had the same issue during SP6 demos.
I had to use incognito to workaround.
