Can you let me know when the platform maintenance will end?

You are probably hitting the obsolete address for servers. We moved to a new IP, and the maintenance message should say that (if you refresh the page?).
Go back to neurorobotics.net, click on the online platform button, and you should land in the new servers. Your user data has been migrated.

Hello Axel,

Thanks for answering quickly.
I tried doing this again exactly but it still keeps me on the maintenance page.
My steps were the following:

  1. I clicked on the link on the maintenance.
  2. I was on the neurobotic.net website.
  3. I clicked on the online platform link.
    This is weird
    What shall I do then?..

It is probably a cache issue in the browser. Try shoft+reloading neurorobotics.net and click again the button.
It this fails, here is the new address for the servers:
