Displaying file properties for txt files

Hi,
I have txt files containing coordinates stored in a collab, and want to have these as items in the Navigation. However, when I do so, a file preview appears when clicking the page. The problem is it takes quite some time to load the preview so that the page looks empty. I would like the page to open as a “file properties” page with a download button instead, as it does for PDFs that are added to the navigation. Is this possible?

Rather than have a file properties page “instead”, could we have it “as well”?

The preview is generally more useful to me than the file properties, but perhaps the properties could appear at the top of the page (rapidly) with the preview loaded below (perhaps more slowly).
